CTOA/Renewal/SGR/2020/12980895 dated 15/09/2020 valid upto 30/09/2024 for manufacturing of Sorted Raw Rice (without Dryer) @ 2.0 TPH by using Paddy @ 3.0 TPH, as raw material under orange category with the name of Sh. Munish Goyal, (Partner).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 63.8pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Earlier, the industry was a partnership firm. Now, the industry has submitted an affidavit from earlier partners i.e. they have sold the rice sheller to Sh. Subhash Goyal s/o Sh. Bant Ram and now the rice sheller is a sole proprietorship firm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 63.8pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consents under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Sorted Raw Rice (without Dryer) @ 2.0 TPH by using Paddy @ 3.0 TPH, as raw material with the name of Sh. Subhash Goyal, (Proprietor).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 63.8pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The rice sheller has deposited Rs. 8400/- vide R. No. 333151587 dated 23/07/2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 9100/- (Rs. 3000/- consent fee + Rs. 5600/- NOC fee + Rs. 500/- application fee) vide R. No. 477741682 dated 23/07/2023 under the Air Act, 1981. The industry has submitted the CA certificated for the value of fixed assets Rs. 87.63 Lacs as on 30.06.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 63.8pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The aggregate fee is adequate upto 30.09.2024 under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 63.8pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry has also submitted compliance report of consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>

The industry has only purchased the rice sheller from the previous partners of the rice sheller and has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 63.8pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-language: PA;">To verify the compliance of consent conditions earlier granted to the rice sheller & the code of practice, the rice sheller was visited by undersigned on 15/01/2024 and it was observed as under : -</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 63.8pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-language: PA;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2024 for manufacturing of Sorted Raw Rice (without dryer) @ 2.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 3.0 TPH, as raw material under orange category, subject to certain conditions to be mentioned therein and a special condition that the industry will got analyzed its stack emission samples from the Board's lab or Board's approved lab in coming season.</span></p> |
