<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; background: white; margin: 0cm -3.35pt 12.0pt 36.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-width: 115%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">a)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">The consent to operate applied by the industry under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2024 for manufacturing of Flats/Angles/Rounds/Squares etc. @ 84 MTD by using of Induction Furnace of capacity 7 TPH alongwith CCM Plant subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as under:</span></p>
