<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">There is no major water course like River, Lakes, canals and drinking water source like wells, summer storage tanks in 200 mtr of this farm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">There is no national highway within 200 m of this farm and no state highway within 100 mtr from the site of the poultry farm.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 58.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">Hence, the poultry farm is fulfilling prescribed siting guidelines for establishment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">Further, it is also informed that this poultry farm is an existing poultry farm and was commissioned in January, 2018</span> before the notification of the new guidelines issued by the CPCB for the establishment of the poultry farm. However, the poultry farm is complying with the environmental compliance as prescribed by PPCB/ CPCB for such units. Submitted please.</p> |
