<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Now, the industry has applied for varied Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Railway Coach Components @ 9.0 MTD as industry has installed 1 induction furnace of capacity 0.5 Ton/Heat capacity without obtaining NOC of the Board, However it has deposited Rs. 10,800/- as NOC regularisation fee on the increased fixed assets.</span></p>
