<p style="text-align: justify;">The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for six months alongwith temporary restoration of electric connection subject to suitable conditions and the additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please. </p>
