<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The Hospital has deposited Rs. 30500/- vide UTR No. N310232723115091 dated 06.11.2023 (Rs. 15000/- under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 15000/- under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981). The fee deposited by the hospital is adequate upto 30.06.2031.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The hospital was granted authorization under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 vide no. BMW/Renewal/SAS/2023/21619585 dated 01.06.2023 which is valid upto 31.12.2024 subject to certain terms and conditions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The hospital has submitted site plan / building plan approved by Chief Town Planner, Punjab vide letter no. 3726CTP(PB)-122 dated 10.08.2017 for hospital to M/s Saraswati Professional & Higher Education Society (Healthsure Multispeciality Hospital), Gharuan, Kharar, SAS Nagar.</span></p>
