<p>1. CLU is for hotel purpose, whereas there is a marriage palace, three banquet halls, restaurant along with hotel in the premises. Can the same be regularized by the Board and if yes, under which policy of the Board.</p>
<p>2. Completion certificate of STP is 13 KLD and as per your note, the capacity of STP is 20 KLD, which are contradictory. Also, is this STP sufficient to handle about 750-800 persons at one time. If yes, please reproduce calculations.</p>
<p>3. Whether the treated waste water disposal arrangements adequate?</p>
<p>4. Whether the solid waste disposal arrangements by the promoter adequate?</p>
<p>5. Whether the emission control arrangements from the kitchen area adequate?</p>
