| Clarification Note: |
1. The Project proponent has not mentioned the total land area and built up area in the application form .
2. As per the application form the proposed project is within MC limits which needs clarification.
3. Kindly provide the basis on which total population is calculated Eg.For 130 residential plots about 1957 population .
4. Mode of disposal is Green Area , dual plumbing and Onto land for plantation or MC Sewer. Kindly clarify the fact that weather there is MC sewer in the area.
5. The project cost and its details i.e the cost of land and development cost is not mentioned in the DPR.
6. Allotment letter of the Designated Authority, if the site of the project is located in the designated area is not submitted with the application.
Kindly clarify the above observations within 2 days .
