The PP has proposed to reuse 157 KLD treated water for flushing system through dual plumbing system and remaining 319 KLD will be disposed of onto land for plantation.</span> Out of this 319 KLD treated water, 125.82 KLD treated water will be discharged into two green buffer area of size 7612 square yards (1.573 acres). 33 KLD treated water will be discharged into 02 reserve areas having total area of 1995.03 square yards which are not part of planning. Remaining 160.18 KLD treated water will be discharged into 14612.47 square yards area of parks.</p>

The PP has proposed bio-composter for treatment of bio-degradable solid waste. For inert solid waste, the PP is required to make an agreement with MC Mullanpur as the residential colony falls within the Municipal limits of Mullanpur town. </span></p>
