<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;">It is submitted that the clarification raised by Zonal Office, Bathinda was conveyed to PP and PP has submitted reply through online as well as hard copy, which is reproduced as under:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify;">"it is informed that the STP has been designed for 30 KLD (copy of feasibility report attached). Due to typographical mistake the capacity of STP has been mentioned 15 KLD in completion certificate. Now, the revised completion certificate is attached herewith for capacity of 30 KLD. Further requested that we have constructed septic tank also for treatment of colony effluent and effluent after septic tank is being treated in STP for further treatment."</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;">In view of reply of PP, it is recommended that Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 applied by the PP may be granted with conditions vide note dated 05.01.2024, please.</p> |
