<p> Submitted for approval, for grant of CTE to the consent authority with follwoing spl conditions:</p>
<p>1) MC Adampur shall ensure that whole of the effluent of the City is connected and treated through STP and no untreated effluent is to be bypassed, in any case.</p>
<p>2) MC Adampur shall ensure that whole of the treated effluent shall be utilized onto land for plantation/irrigation.</p>
<p>3) MC Adampur shall provide, CCTV cameras and OCEMS for e-surveillience of STP. There shall be provision for online transmission data of these electronic gadgets and direct access to the dashboards provided by State Govt/local bodies/PPCB / other authorities.</p>
<p>4) MC Adampur shall provide flow measuring devices at the inlet and outlet of STP and shall maintain records there to.</p>
<p>5) MC Adampur shall make in house testing arrangments of various parameters to ensure that the effluent being treated and discharged confirms to the effluents standards as prescribed by the MoEF&CC/CPCB/Govt/PPCB.</p>
<p>6) MC Adampur shall provide all necessary standby arrangments including pumps,motors and other electrical/mechanical equipments so as to ensure that in event of any breakdown, the functioning of STP shall not hamper. </p>
<p>7) MC Adampur shall follow the SOPs/ guidelines framed by the Central/State Govt/ Deptt of Local Bodies/ PPCB issued from time to time for the maintence and operation of STPs.</p>
<p>8) MC Adampur to depute technical/ scientifically qualified staff for the efficient operation and maintence of STPs and shall constitute an Environmental Management Cell under some senior functionary.</p>
<p>9) MC Adampur to make necessary arrangements for treatments/utilization/disposal of solid waste/sludge being/to be generated from the opearation of STPs.</p>
<p>10) MC Adampur shall have standby arrangments/DGsets equiped with canopy and adequate stack height in case of failure of public electric supply so as to ensure uninteruptted opeation of STP.</p>
<p>11) Any other condition being imposed in such cases.</p>
