<p>It is submited that the industry has submitted following documents in reply to the SCN:</p>
<p>1. Electricity bill, meter receipts from electicity dept having dated 31.1.2007</p>
<p>2. telephone bill dated 04/2007</p>
<p>3. DTP letter dated 21.12.02023 as per which exemption has been given till 15 years from Master Plan bathinda</p>
<p>4. Approved Builing plan from DOF</p>
<p>5. registration of firm dated 24.1.2007</p>
<p>6. Jamabandi,</p>
<p>7. Latha Copy</p>
<p>8. Vat certificate dated 5.2.2007 </p>
<p>9. MSME documents dated 24.1.2007 as commissioning </p>
<p>10. copy of registered land deed.</p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">In view of above it is recommended that the CTO may be granted to the industry under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act 1981 having validity upto 25.05.2025 with special condition that the industry shall shift from the existing premises to the designated area within this period.</span></p>
