<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">It is submitted that the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of Ready mix plant for manufacturing of Ready Mix Concrete @ 60 m3/h by using raw material as Cement @ 50 MTD, Coarse Aggregates @ 220 MTD, Fine Aggregates @ 140 MTD, Admixture @ 0.8 MTD, Water @ 40 KLD alongwith requisite documents.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The industry has deposited Rs. 11300/- vide UTR No. SBIN224008472985 dated 08.01.2024 as NOC fee. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate for one year against the total cost of the industry Rs. 487.14 lacs.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The industry has submitted certificate of In Principle Approval (Form-II) (New) Outside Approved Industrial Park to M/s Balbir Singh and Taranjeet Singh to set up a manufacturing / service enterprises for Ready Mix Concrete Plant vide PIN: 230549256 issued by Aashika Jain, IAS, Authorized Signatory, Deputy Commissioner, SAS Nagar.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 1in; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The industry has submitted distance certificate issued by Tehsildar, Mohali in which it has been mentioned that the above site is located 100 m away from lal lakir of nearest village, Municipal Corporation, Mohali, Residential area and Distance from the site to 15 permanent houses<span lang="PA" style="line-height: 150%;">.</span><span style="line-height: 150%;"> Therefore, the site is suitable for establishment of such type of units as per policy of the Board dated 30.04.2013.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p>
