<p class="MsoNormalCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of renewal of consent to operate applied under the Water Act, 1974 has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 10358 dated 19/1/2024 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before SEE (ZP-1) of the Board on 25/1/2024 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><strong>(copy enclosed)</strong>.<strong><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;"> </span>It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry through special messenger/ e-mail/ WhatsApp and send the receipt of the same to this office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry w.r.t notice and send fresh recommendation accordingly, well before the date of hearing to enable this office to decide the application.</strong></p> |
