<p style="text-align: justify;">The note of AEE may kindly be perused. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">RO reported that the industry is now complying with the observations earlier made by the visting officer in August, 2023.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, if approved: </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1) The consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 shall be granted to the industry for six months subject to suitable conditions.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2) The draft proceedings as mentioned above may be conveyed to the industry as well as RO for compliance, please. </p>
