CTE/Fresh/PTA/2023/21604251 dated 18-04-2023 valid upto 30-01-2024 for cold store capacity (70000 bags of 50 kg each) @ 3500 Metric Tonnes/Day under green category.</span> <span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for cold store capacity (70000 bags of 50 kg each) @ 3500 Metric Tonnes/Day under green category along with requisite documents. The industry has deposited Rs. 42700.00 /- vide UTR no. P004240291125315 dated 04.01.2024 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 42700.0 /- vide UTR no. P004240291125060 dated 04.01.2024 under Air Act, 1981. The total consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2028 against the fixed assets of </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Rs.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>303.45 lakh <span style="background: white;">as on 15.12.2023 as per CA certificate submitted by it.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 18.01.2024 to verify the contents of the application at site. During visit, it was observed as under: </span></p>

DG set of capacity 82.5 KVA equipped with canopy & adequate stack height. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">As per the policy dated 30.04.2013 the project falls in the green category of the industries and competency to decide the case lies with EE, Regional Office.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">The industry is complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Keeping above in view, it is recommended that fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry up to 31.12.2028 for</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;"> cold store capacity (70000 bags of 50 kg each) @ 3500 Metric Tonnes/Day under green category </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">as raw material under green category</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;"> with usual conditions.</span></p>
