<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings; color: red;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has deposited the consent fee of Rs. 67200/- through online vide no. 34937358281DC dated 08.01.2024 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 67200/- through online vide no. 34937427651DC dated 08.01.2024 under Air Act, 1981, against the fixed assets of Rs. </span><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">298.04 lacs. </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">As per the first bill issued by the industry, the date of commissioning is around 16.09.2021, as such the fees is adequate upto 30.06.2026.</span></p>
