<p>Earlier, the industry was raised clarification as under : -</p>
<p>1. The CA certificate of the industry is 96.97 lakhs but in application is Rs. 50.00 lakhs. The industry has increased the CA certificate value is required to submit proper clarification alongwith proof.</p>
<p>2. The industry has not attached the proper compliance report of previous consent to establish granted to it. </p>
<p>3. The industry has not changed the profile from proposed to operational. </p>
<p>However, the application of the industry may be returned with a request to reapply after removing above said observations.</p> |
