<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the industry is a small scale red category unit. The industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 along with requisite documents. The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry has submitted MSME certificate as a proof of date of commissioning. The industry has submitted certificate issued by DTP, Ludhiana vide letter no. 1917 DTP(L)M2A dated 27.07.2023 which stating that the site of the industry falls in industrial zone as per approved Master Plan, Ludhiana (2007-31). The industry has deposited Rs. 15,300/- vide UTR No. 714995584 dated 16.01.2024 (Rs. 13700/- water, Rs. 1100/- as NOC regularization fee) against the fixed assets of Rs. 2.87/- which is adequate upto 30.06.2028. </span></p>
<p class="Default" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE/JEE of this office on 16.01.2024 and it was observed as under:-</p>

Ltd., <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Focal Point, Phase-8 Ludhiana @ 3000 Ltr/M for the treatment & disposal of trade effluent generated from process.</span></p>

The compliance was verified during the visit and was found to be correct. The compliance report in annotated form as verified is attached alongwith.</span></p>
