There are 02 autoclaves out of which one is informed not to be used. </span></p>

This may be considered as date of establishment of HCF.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l5 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .25in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per record, the HCF was earlier granted authorization under the BMW Rules, 1998 on 10.02.2004 valid upto 09.02.2005 for 13 beds in the name and style of Pannu Nursing Home at the address of Hospital Road, Rupnagar i.e. other location. Later on, the HCF had applied for authorization at present location i.e. College Road on 30.06.2006. This may be considered as date of commissioning of the HCF at present location. Thereafter, the said authorization was renewed to the HCF for 25 beds at the present location on 23.12.2010 valid upto 31.03.2013, subject to the conditions mentioned therein. Now, the HCF is having authorization for 25 beds valid upto 31.01.2024. As such, the HCF is an existing unit since 29.09.2004 i.e. the date of approval of site map by the MC, Rupnagar.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l5 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .25in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The Petrol Pump namely M/s Chaudhary Filling Station adjoining to the HCF was also visited and contacted Sh. Bhupinder Singh, Manager of the unit. It was observed that this is a filling station for Petrol, Diesel and CNG. It is having storage tanks for Petrol @ 15 KL, Diesel @ 20 KL, Speed Petrol @ 10 KL, CNG @ 700 Kg. One storage tank for High Speed Diesel @ 10 KL is informed to be not in use. The filling station establishment is informed to the in the year 2006 and that of CNG in May-June, 2022. However, documentary proof of the same is not submitted. The representative of the unit was requested to submit the proof of establishment of the unit and its expansions to the Board. The wastewater of the unit is discharged into MC sewer. A DG set of capacity 15 KVA with canopy is installed on the roof of the office of the unit with the stack of height about 3.5 ft above it. There is commercial entities on one side, Pannu Eye Hospital on other side and one plot on the back side of the unit. There is residential colony after the open plot. As per information given by the unit it was established before the CPCB Guidelines for setting up of new petrol pumps dated 07.01.2020 except establishment of CNG unit in it. However, proof of the establishment is yet to be submitted to the Board. </span></p>
