| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted the compliance of previous consent conditions.
2. Whether the industry has applied online for grant of Terms of Reference (ToR) followed by Environment Clearance in compliance to the previous consent condition.
3. The industry has increased its production capacity; however, there is decrease in the value of plant & machinery in the CA certificate. Further, the industry has mentioned the value of plant & machinery of Rs. 914.70 lakhs in the application form; however, it has mentioned the value of plant & machinery of Rs. 828.22 lakhs in the CA certificate. Kindly clarify.
As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations within 02 days so that the application can be processed further. |
