| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not filled complete application form i.e. PART-A: GENERAL INFORMATION: Serial No. 9 (i) & (ii). The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the supporting document submitted by the project proponent i.e. PART-B: TECHNICAL INFORMATION (GENERAL) and approved site plan.
2. The project proponent has not submitted all the documents of the land of the project.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
