<p style="text-align: justify;">The report and recommendation of RO be perused. The industry was granted NOC of the Board and has now applied for fresh consent to operate. The site of the industry falls in industrial zone as per Master Plan 2009-2031.The industry has submitted certification from PSCST, Chandigarh vide No. TFD/545 dated 14.12.2023 for installation of induction furnace of capacity 500 kg/heat as per Technology provided by the council.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that fresh of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2028 with usual condition as per policy of the Board.</p>
