<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has applied for obtaining varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Mix Board @ 10 TPD by using wheat / paddy straw and sludge of paper mill @ 10 TPD.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has proposed increase in the production capacity by the operating the existing machinery. No increase in machinery or land area proposed.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->It is submitted that earlier in the year 2019, the industry proposed to increase the production capacity to manufacture mix board @ 10 TPD, however the application was returned after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the industry on 16.09.2019 as the industry failed to submit area classification report/site suitability certificate as per the bylaws of the notified master plan of Sri Muktsar Sahib.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Now also, the industry has failed to submit area classification report/site suitability certificate as per the bylaws of the notified master plan of Sri Muktsar Sahib.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->In view of above, if approved, show cause notice before refusal of CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be issued to the industry alongwith an opportunity to submit written reply in the matter, within 10 days.</p>
