<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is intimated that the industry is small scale red category unit. The industry was earlier granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Varied/LDH2/2022/18609748 dated 22/06/2022 expired on 30/06/2023 & vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH2/2023/23230437 dated 03/11/2023 valid upto 30/06/2028 subject to the certain conditions mentioned therein. This consent is valid for manufacturing of Hot Dip of Nut & Bolts @ 3100 MT/Year. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 alongwith requisite documents. Rs. 57600/- vide UTR No. 225344852 dated 18.10.2023. Earlier, the consent applied by the industry under Water Act, 1974 was refused and the industry was directed to apply for consent to operate with the agreement which it has made with new re-processors i.e. M/s Krishna Agro Chem. Earlier, the industry had made agreement with M/s JBR Technologies Pvt. Ltd., for lifting of effluent. Now, the industry has applied with updated agreement with M/s M/s Krishna Agro Chem.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 22.01.2024 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

Round Bar & Wire Rod as raw material.</span></p>

The condition of the hot dip galvanizing revaled that it is not being operated regularly. The representative of the industry informed that the hot dip galvanizing furnace is very seldomly operated and the industry has only installed a furnace for compliances of the buyers / its clients.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

The re-processor has valid consent to operate of the Board which is valid upto 30.06.2024.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -48.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 66.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has installed 12 Power presses, 7 Induction heaters, 6 Forging Press, 5 Rolling Machine, 2 Lathe Machine and 30 Adda Machine.</span></p>

Entire cooling water is re-circulating.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028, please. </span></p>
