<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong> </strong>It is intimated that earlier the consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the establishment of stone crusher unit was granted vide online reference no. CTE/Fresh/PKT/2023/23543381 dated 14/09/2023, which is valid upto 13/09/2024 for the production of Washed Sand @ 5000 CFT/day Wastage (Silt) @ 500 CFT/day Washed Crushed Bajri @ 4000 CFT/day by using River Bed Material @ 9500 CFT/Day under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Now the stone crusher has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) for modernization from pollution angle under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 11,300/- vide UTR No. 742035243 dtd 19/01/2024 as NOC fee including Rs. 500/- as Form Downloading fee and same are adequate for one year period.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"> As per the previous project report submitted by the industry, the industry has proposed to install One no. Cone Crusher, 1 no. Jaw Crusher, 2 no. Granulators, 1 no. Rotopactor, 1 no. Vibrator, 1 Sand Screw/Sand Washer. The industry has proposed to install one no. D.G. set of capacity 320 KVA with canopy and adequate stack. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"> As per the detail submitted by the unit and it has been informed that the stone crusher proposes to install the following machinery i.e. one no. cone crusher and one no. granulator and one no. hydro-cyclone only. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"> The industry will generate trade effluent from washing @ 45 KLD and same will be 100% re-circulated after passing through settling tanks. The domestic effluent will be generated @ 0.5 KLD and same will be discharged into septic tank. The production capacity of the stone crusher will remain same i.e. Washed Sand @ 5000 CFT/day Wastage (Silt) @ 500 CFT/day Washed Crushed Bajri @ 4000 CFT/day by using River Bed Material @ 9500 CFT/Day.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <span style="line-height: 115%;"> The industry was visited by the officer of the Board on 19/01/2024 and observed that no physical construction has been started at the site. The site of the stone crusher is currently being used for agriculture purpose. No residential house/Mandir/ Gurudwara was found within 500 meters radius of the site. The industry has demarked the area of the site with the pillars (Agenda Note is also attached herewith). </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">In view of above, It is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be granted to the industry for one year period for the production of Washed Sand @ 5000 CFT/day Wastage (Silt) @ 500 CFT/day Washed Crushed Bajri @ 4000 CFT/day by using River Bed Material @ 9500 CFT/Day with following special conditions :-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 20.9pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span>The industry shall obtain consent to operate from the Board before starting the operation of the industry. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 20.9pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span>The industry shall obtain necessary approvals/permissions from other concerned departments before the commissioning of project. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 20.9pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span>The industry shall comply with the guidelines/code of practice and standards prescribed by the Board for stone crushers. </span></p>

No 57/2020 or any relevant orders of Competent Authority in related matter.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 20.9pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span>The above said consent to establish for one year period or till it has legal source of raw material certified by Department of Mines and Geology, whichever is earlier.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 20.9pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span>The stone crusher shall maintain the plantation cover around the periphery so as to comply with the code of practice.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 20.9pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">7. That board is at liberty to revoke the NOC/Consent to operate granted to the industry, if industry fails to comply with Environmental Guidelines issued by CPCB vide letter no. CP-12/9/2022-IPC-V-HO-CPCB-HO dated 01/08/2023. </span></p> |
