The Township has deposited Rs. 1,44,000/- each vide online receipt no. 27032295 &amp; 475803285, both dated 07.12.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 respectively, which is adequate for period upto 31.12.2023 under the both Acts. Value of gross fixed assets of township is 118 Crores as per C.A certificated dated 30.11.2023. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The site was visited by undersigned on 27.12.2023 and it was observed as under:</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 50.4pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -32.4pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Township has total area of 108 acres and the project proponent has constructed boundary wall of entire site. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 50.4pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -32.4pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Township is mainly a plotted colony and all plots are lying vacant. No house has been constructed in entire colony except for few in-complete house structures. The project proponent has constructed 30 no. 3 BHK flats &amp; 3 no. 2 BHK flats. Presently only 02 flats are occupied. The project proponent has also constructed 54 no. SCOs, but there is no occupancy. The project proponent has constructed site office.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 50.4pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -32.4pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">There is one eye care hospital namely M/s Sankara Eye Hospital within the premises of Township. Hospital has provided its captive ETP &ndash; cum &ndash; STP and is discharging its treated water within its own premises.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 50.4pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -32.4pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The project proponent has installed 4 tubewell of for extraction of graound water.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>Two tubewells are in operation. However, no flow measuring device provided at both tubewells and thus, no data regarding extraction of ground water maintained. The project proponent has not obtained any permission from the Competent Authority to draw ground water. As per specific condition no: XIX of the Environmental clearance obtained by the PP from the Ministry of Environment &amp; Forests vide no: 29/SEAC(P)/2010-IA.III dated 09.09.2010, the PP is required to obtain permission from the Competent Authority for extraction of ground water.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 50.4pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -32.4pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The project proponent has completed entire sewage pipe line network in the colony.
