<p class="tableparagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; mso-line-height-alt: 10.3pt; background: white; margin: 5.0pt 3.25pt .0001pt 2.95pt;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">1. The industry shall not increase its production without obtaining Environment Clearance as per EIA Notification, 2006.</span></p>

<p class="tableparagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; mso-line-height-alt: 10.3pt; background: white; margin: 0cm 3.25pt .0001pt 2.95pt;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The industry has filled online application form, submitted Site plan/Layout plan, CA certificate, Manufacturing process, Partnership deed, Land<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Registered deed and CLU of the said land for use for Industrial<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Purpose. The documents submitted by the industry may kindly be<span style="letter-spacing: -2.95pt;"> </span>perused. The industry has deposited <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Rs 108500 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>vide UTR no 696603873 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 14-01-2024 and Rs 108000.0 vide UTR no 151742125 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 14-01-2024 as consent fee under Water Act,1974 and Air Act 1981 respectively. The fee deposited is adequate upto 30-06-2029. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>To verify the facts the industry was visited by the officers of this office on 19-01-2024 and observed as under:-</span></p>
