<p style="text-align: justify;">The note of the Regional Office has been examined and found that EE RO has mentioned that the industry has filled its category as Orange but actually falls in Red category, further, the industry has not given any details regarding treatment of the wastewater to be generated from washing of ink as well as treatment/disposal arrangements of RO Reject….Regional Office needs to check these observations at scrutiny level and recommend the complete case to this office for taking appropriate action.</p>
