| Clarification Note: |
The application has been scrutinized and it was observed as under: -
1. The industry has not submitted extended Bank Guarantee of Rs. 1.0 lac which is already expired on 31.08.2017 as assurance to comply with the following stipulations:
a. The promoter company shall start the installation of Sewerage Treatment Plant with 15 days.
b. The Promoter shall comply with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to him and Rules, Circular and Directions issued by the Board from time to time.
c. The Promoter shall comply with the pollution control status applicable from time to time.
