<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">The project proponent has deposited Rs. 1,05,600/- vide online R no. 105707913 dated 10/01/2024. The NOC fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for one year, against the cost of the proposed project of Rs. 79.88 Cr.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The project proponent has obtained Environmental Clearance from SEIAA, vide no. SEIAA/PB/MIS/2023/EC/35 dated 08.11.2023 for the establishment of group housing project namely “Golden Era Home” at Nagla road, near Eden Estate, village Singhpura, Zirakpur. The total land area of project is 19,461.2 sqm and having built-up area of 70,659.09 sqm for 352 no. flats with special conditions :</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">“The Project Proponent shall not undertake construction / development of the second phase i.e. 56 flats in land area of 4000 sq. yd. and shall maintain the area under Karnal Technology plantations for the disposal of excess treated wastewater till the treated waste-water outlet of the project is connected with operational MC sewer.”</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The project is covered under category ‘B2’ of activity 8(a); ‘Building & Construction” projects as per the schedule appended to the EIA Notification 14.09.2006 and its subsequent amendments and requires appraisal at the State level.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">As per the Environmental Clearance, the total estimated population of the project is 1760 person. The detail of the falts is attached in the agenda note.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The total water requirement of the project is 238 KLD out of which 159 KLD will be met from groundwater and the remaining 79 KLD will be used for flushing purpose. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>A total of 190 KLD wastewater will be generated. STP of 285 KLD capacity based on SBR technology followed by UF will be installed for the treatment of the domestic wastewater. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The details of the disposal arrangement of treated wastewater @190 KLD available at the outlet of STP is attached in the agenda note.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">As per Environmental clearance, the project shall generate total solid waste of approximately 704 Kg/ Day, which will be segregated into biodegradable and non-biodegradable. The biodegradable solid waste shall be converted to organic manure by providing mechanical composter of 300 kg/day and the rest shall be disposed of as per the provisions of solid waste management rules, 2016.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">At the time of 263<sup>rd</sup> meeting held under the State Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC), the project proponent submitted that he shall carry out the construction of the project in phases. The project proponent has proposed to construct Block-2 to 28 (296 flats) in First Phase and Block-1 (56 flats) in 4000 square yards in the Second Phase. Further, the Project Proponent proposed to develop the land area of Second Phase i.e., 4000 square yards under Karnal Technology for utilization of excess treated waste water and revised the population and water demand by considering the development of first phase only. In this regard, the Project Proponent submitted the revised layout plan. He further submitted that he shall not carry out the construction of the second phase till the time the project sewer is connected with the MC, sewer.The calculation of First Phase is attached in the agenda note.</span><strong><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;"> The minutes of the said meeting are attached</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The project proponent has submitted dissolution-cum-partnership deed made on 31.08.2023 between Mr. Surnesh Kumar, Mr. Tarun Goyal and Mr. Tirlochan Goyal. The project proponent has submitted approved building plan vide no. PB/SAS/Zirak/173382 dated 16.08.2023 from MC Zirakpur.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The project proponent has submitted brief project report, the water requirement and pollution is attached in the agenda note.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">As per the project report STP of 300 KLD will be provided based on SBR technology and the components of STP are Collection Tank, SBR reactors, Clear water sump and Sludge drying beds, which is adequate.</span></p>
