<p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0.0pt; margin-bottom: 0.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 'Google Sans'; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-position: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space-collapse: preserve;">Incorporating the observations of the note dated 22.01.2024, It is therefore recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act and Air Act may be granted to the industry for a period upto 31.12.2028 ( adequacy of consent fees) for operation of ready mix concrete plant at mentioned site subject to the suitable conditions and specific condition that the industry shall not install hot mix plant at this site without NOC of the Board.</span></p> |
