No. AXSK233530010187 dated 19.12.2023 as water fee under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 57,600/- vide UTR/Ref. No. AXSK233530010237 dated 19.12.2023 as air fee under the Air Act, 1981 against fixed assets of Rs. 427.33 Lacs (including plant & machinery of Rs. 204.82 Lacs) as on 31.10.2023, as per the CA certificate dated 18.12.2023, which is adequate upto 30.06.2029 under both Acts. The industry has deposited Rs. 14,400/- vide UTR/Ref. No. AXSK233530009911 dated 19.12.2023 as NOC regularization fee, which is adequate against increase in CA certificate against fixed assets of Rs. 204.82 lacs. The industry has informed that due to installation of one dryer and one solar plant, the fixed assets have been increased.</span></p>

The competency for grant of consents to the rice shellers with dryer lies with the Environmental Engineer of the Regional Office.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> Keeping in view of above mentioned facts, it is, therefore, recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2028 for operation of rice sheller unit to manufacture </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Steamed Rice/ Raw Rice @ 3 TPH and Sorted Rice @ 3 TPH</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">, under orange category, subject to the suitable conditions and a specific condition that the industry will get its emissions analyzed from Board's lab, within one month.</span></p> |
