<p style="text-align: justify;">At presence, the industry is not operating its reveberatory furnace and found abandoned as informed by AEE. To rule out the operation of the said furnace, it is recommended to seal the reveberatory furnace.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has installed induction furnace of capacity 7 TPH alongwith CCM and the production capacity is less than 84 TPD. As such, the industry is not required to obtain EC. The industry may be imposed an additional condition that the industry shall not carry out any manufacturing activity, which attracts the provisions of EIA notification dated 14/09/2006.</p>
