The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry is required to provide complete detail (no. and capacity) of boiler and dryers installed after expansion in the machinery in the premises.
2. The industry is required to submit completion certificate / undertaking regarding the installation of machinery as well as APCD proposed during obtaining NOC for expansion.
Therefore, it is requested to submit reply to the above said observation within 2 days, so the application may be processed further. |
