Earlier main emphasis of the undersigned was to clear the pendency of the application received before 15.12.2023 being main agenda item of the meeting to be taken by the Higher Authorities.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Thereafter undersigned was engaged in conducting the public hearings of mining sites <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">for obtaining Environmental Clearance as required under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006. The public hearing of about 04 mining sites were conducted during this period. Hence the application is delayed due to other official works. I ensure to avoid this kind of negligence in future. It is therefore requested that the undersigned may be excused, please.</span></span></p>
