CTOW/Fresh/FDK/2019/11752200 & CTOA/Fresh/FDK/2019/11752160 dt. 27.12.2019 under green category, for operation of cold store for storage of Vegetables & Fruits with validity upto 30.11.2023, subject to the suitable conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for same capacity, the detail of the case is as under:</span></p>

The industry has deposited Rs. 43,000/- vide UTR / Ref. No. N360232800669671 dt.</span><span lang="PA" style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Raavi','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">26.12.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 43,000/- vide UTR / Ref. No. N360232800672763 dt. 26.12.2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.12.2028 under both the Acts. </span></p>

AND</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><em><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">INCREASE IN MACHINARY HEAD IS DUE TO REPAIR AND SERVICE OF MACHINARY OF UNIT.</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><em><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">THERE IS NO CHANGE IN STORAGE CAPACITY OF OUR UNIT AND REMAIN SAME.".</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">It is pertinent to mention here that the Board vide office order no. CEE(HQ)/F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 02.02.2016 decided to grant auto renewal of consent to operate / establish to orange & green category of industries without the need for visiting the site / premises of the industry in order to facilitate the industry / ease of doing business in the State. Further, submitted that no complaint has been received against the industry in this office and no action is lying pending against the industry as per file record. As per this order, the data, processes & pollution control measures installed by the industry shall be verified at later stage by visiting the site as per inspection guidelines.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Further, as per record file of the industry no complaint is received / pending against the industry and no action is lying pending against the industry as per file record.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Keeping in view of the above, may if approved, consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be renewed for <span style="color: black;">storage of fruits and vegetables @ 5000 MTD</span> for a period upto 31.12.2028, subject to the suitable conditions please.</span></p> |
