The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1.The industry has not submitted the compliance of EC conditions in annotated form. 2.The industry has installed STP in compliance of EC condition; however, the industry has not submitted the analysis report of treated effluent from the outlet of STP. 3.The industry has not submitted the map depicting the plantation area developed within the premises of the industry in compliance of previous consent condition. 4.The industry has increased the value of plant & machinery amounting to Rs. 388.78 lakhs. It is requested to submit the detail of additional plant & machinery installed by it. Kindly clarify. As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations within 02 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
