The NOC fee deposited by the industry is adequate for one year.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Site Suitability</span></u></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted land classification certificate issued by DTP, SAS Nagar vide its letter no. 67 dated 16.01.2024, as per which the site falls in industrial zone as per Land Use Plan Lalru.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><strong><u><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Water Pollution</span></u></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The project shall generate 1.0 KLD of fresh water and the project proponent has proposed to install sewage treatment plant (STP) of adequate <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">capacity. D.G set of capacity 200 KVA which will be provided with canopy and stack of adequate height.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Applicability of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006:</span></u></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The process of the industry is not covered under the ambit of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Applicability of SAC clearance:</span></u></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per the land use classification letter submitted by the industry, the unit falls in Industrial Zone, thus SAC clearance is not applicable.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Land Document</span></u></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted a copy registry issued on 31.07.2023 between first party i.e. Smt. Kusum Lata GPA Holder and Second Part i.e. CTC Industries at village Jeoli, Tehsil Derabassi, SAS Nagar.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted the partnership deed executed on 22.06.2023 between Sh. Gourav Garg S/o Sh. Suresh Kumar, Sh. Dushant Garg S/o Sh. Suresh Kumar, Sh. Akash Garg S/o Sh. Shivnandan Lal and Sh. Akash Bansal S/o Sh. Vinod Kumar.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted the copy of certificate issued by District Nodal Agency under the sub section (3) of section 10 of the Punjab Right to Business Act, 2020 duly signed and stamped from DC SAS Nagar vide no. 3000 dated 23.10.2023 having validity upto 22.04.2027 for Glass Fabrication, tempering for window, doors and other architectural products.
