<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of the said details and recommendations of EE,RO,SAS nagar, it is recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent for one year, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by RO please.</p>
