CTE/Ext/SAS/2022/18718310 dated 30.06.2022, valid till 15.05.2023 for development of Flats @ 259 in an area of 16461 sqm and having total built up area of 31429 sqm with certain conditions. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';">Now, the&nbsp; project proponent has applied for varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for construction of &nbsp;262 no. of flats, 1 no. meeting hall, 10 no.of shops with requisite documents.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';">The project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 108.79 core. The project proponent has increased the fixed assets from 72.07 crore to 108.79 crore. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 4,32,500/- vide UTR no.SBINR52023122691962373 dated 26.12.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 4,32,000/0- vide UTR no.SBINR52023122691966825 dated 26.12.2023 under Air Act, 1981. After adjusting NOC fee and penalty fees, the consent fees under both acts are adequate till 31.03.2025. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 13.8pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';">It is worth to mention here that the promoter company had earlier obtained environmental clearance fromSEIAA, vide no. SEIAA/2986 dated 28.05.2015, for construction of housing project namely &lsquo;Jagan&rsquo;z Classic Residency&rsquo; at Zirakpur, Distt. SAS Nagar in total land area of 16461 sq.m. and having built uparea of 31429 sq.m with validity of 05 years. Therefore, the project proponent has obtained Environmental Clearance vide F no. 21-103/2020-IA.III dated 10.08.2021 for Expansion of Group Housing project namely &ldquo;Altura Jagan&rsquo;z Classic Residency&rdquo; earlier &ldquo;Jagan&rsquo;z Classic Residency&rdquo;, Village Singhpura, Zirakpur.
