<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">It is intimated that earlier a complaint regarding foul smell was received from Gram Panchayat, Chamiari for closure of the poultry farm. Accordingly, the site was visited by officer of this office on 08/02/2023 and project proponent was asked to comply with the siting criteria framed for the establishment of poultry farms by Central Pollution Control Board and only put into operation after obtaining necessary clearances from different departments.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The industry had submitted copy of letter issued by SDM, Ajnala, but after verification, it was observed that the report issued by SDM, Ajnala was not proper, as the distance for some points had not been accurately/exactly mentioned. Considering the same a letter was written to the SDM, Ajnala vide this office letter no. 409 dated 14/02/2023 to submit detailed report in this regard. The SDM, Ajnala submitted the revised report vide letter no. 326 dated 06/03/2023 vide which SDM Ajnala has reported that the site falls at 2 Km distance from Phirni of village Gujjapir and 1 Km from village Chamiari. There is no any water resource within 500m radius of the site, however a drain is passing adjoining the site. There is no any livestock adjoining the site, however, a dairy farm is fall at distance of 180m. The site falls adjoining to Ajnala-Fatehgarh Churian Road.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">Further, clarification regarding land use pattern was asked from the office of DTP, Amritsar vide this office letter no. 849 dated 19/04/2023. The DTP, Amritsar submitted the report/clarification regarding land use pattern vide letter no. 507 dated 21/04/2023 and has intimated that the site does not fall under any local planning area. CLU for the site is not required. In future, after finalization of Master Plan of Ajnala, the site of the poultry farm will be fall under mixed land use zone and thus the site is suitable for setting of poultry farm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">Thereafter, the poultry farm applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, under Green Category through OCMMS with required documents for Poultry Farm for 03 no. Live Birds Sheds (28000 each) i.e. total quantity @ 84000 Numbers.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">A clarification/legal advice was sought from SLO,</span><span lang="EN-US"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">HO, Patiala vide e-office file no. 166658 regarding classification of residential zone. As per the reports of SDM, Ajnala, no residential zone is located within 1 Km, but during visit, scattered houses have been observed in the vicinity. The reply received from SLO, HO, Patiala is as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><strong><em><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">I have examined the case in reference to Environmental Guidelines for Poultry Farms issued by the Central Pollution Control Board in January, 2020. The query which is raised in the noting has been examined. It is pertinent to mention here that the Government of Punjab, Department of Science, Technology and Environment has notified the siting criteria for the establishment of rice shellers and saila plants vide order dated 15.10.2013. As per the categorization of industries, the rice shellers and saila plants falls under the red and orange category of industries, whereas the poultry farms falls under the green category. The definition of residential area as given in the order dated 15.10.2013 for establishment of rice shellers and saila plants is reproduced herein below:</span></em></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><strong><em><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">“The residential area means the area under a scheme notified by Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority (PUDA), Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council, Improvement Trust or any other authority / agency in the State.”</span></em></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><strong><em><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The scattered houses, in my opinion cannot be considered to be a residential area or a residential zone. As per the report of SDM, Ajnala is no residential zone is located within 1 km of the site of the poultry farm. In the environmental guidelines issued by the Central Pollution Control Board, the word ‘Preferably’ has been used in paragraph 7, which generally means ‘if possible’. The new poultry farms as per siting criteria given in paragraph 7 should preferably (if possible) be established as per the distances mentioned therein.</span></em></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><strong><em><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">In view of the above explanation, I do not find any restriction for grant of consent to the poultry farm with suitable conditions and the conditions proposed in the note. It may also be ensured that the poultry farm shall not create any nuisance in the area. The poultry farm has to comply with the Environmental Guidelines with regard to minimization of odour / gaseous pollution, Dust Control, Management of Solid Waste, Manure handling and disposal, dead bird disposal, waste water disposal and other issues relating to control of files, control of rodents etc. A further condition imposed that the Board reserves the right to revoke the consent to operate any time without assigning any reason, if there are complaints of nuisance and pollution against the poultry.</span></em></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">After taking the legal advice from SLO, the Consent to Establish (NOC) was issued to the project proponent vide no. CTE/Fresh/ASR/2023/21953689 issued on 24/05/2023, which is valid up to 23/05/2024 for construction of Poultry Farm for 03 no. Live Birds Sheds (28000 each) i.e. total quantity @ 84000 Numbers with the following special conditions:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The project proponent will be bound by special conditions imposed by DTP vide letter no. 507 dated 21/04/2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm should be more than 10-15m from rural road, internal roads and village pagdandis.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry sheds should not be located within 10m from the farm boundary for cross verification and odour dispersion.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm shall not create any nuisance in the area.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm has to comply with the Environmental Guidelines with regard to minimization of odour / gaseous pollution, Dust Control, Management of Solid Waste, Manure handling and disposal, dead bird disposal, waste water disposal and other issues relating to control of files, control of rodents etc.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">Now, the poultry farm has applied for obtaining consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, under Green Category through OCMMS with required documents for Poultry Farm for 03 no. Live Birds Sheds (28000 each) i.e. total quantity @ 84000 Numbers.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm has deposited Rs. 42,000/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N031232309956284 dated 31/01/2023 as consent fee under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 42,000/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N031232309944460 dated 31/01/2023 as consent fee under Water Act, 1974, which is adequate up to 31/12/2028 under both Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm has also deposited Rs. 500/- vide Receipt No. 117459794 dated 15/01/2024 as an application form fee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm has submitted Compliance Report of NOC, Registered Deed,</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: red; background: white;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">LLP Agreement,</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: red; background: white;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">Land Documents,</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: red; background: white;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">Site plan/Location plan,</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: red; background: white;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">Manufacturing Process, Poultry Waste Management Plan and CA Certificate etc. The poultry farm has also submitted a letter regarding requirement of the building plan approval under PRTPD 1995 issued from PBIP vide letter no. 3659 dated 27/12/2023 vide which it has mentioned that the poultry farm is an agriculture activity and free from requirement of building plan approval and CLU from HUD (copy attached).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The site of the poultry farm was visited by officer of this office on 23/01/2024 and observed that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm is located on the left side of the road leading from Ajnala to Fatehgarh Churian.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm has not started its operation yet.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm has constructed total 04 no. sheds at the site. 03 no. sheds are located in line at approx. 40 meters from the edge of the road and 4th shed is located 14 meters away from the edge of the road.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The representative of the poultry farm informed that 4th shed which is not meeting with the siting criteria of the board will not use as the part of poultry farm process and therefore they have only applied for obtaining consent to operate for 03 no. sheds.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm has provided provisions for cross ventilation in all sheds for controlling odour from the process.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The farm has provided provisions to install conveyor belts for removing deep litter system mixed with agro material like rice husk etc. which is to be further disposed in the trolleys directly without storing in the premises of the poultry farm and will be shifted to briquettes plant located at village Panj Graian, District Gurdaspur for manufacturing of briquettes. The industry has also submitted an undertaking in this regard alongwith the application.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">7.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm has provided deep burial pit for disposing dead birds in the poultry farm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">8.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm is covered with thick green belt which is already developed by the Forest Department along with boundary of the road as well as along the drain which may also help to eliminate odour and flies from the poultry farm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">9.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm has provided fencing around the farm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">10.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">There will be no any generation of the waste water from the process and the farm is a broiler farm and the unit has provided automatic water feed system to the birds.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">11.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The site of the poultry farm is more than 10 meters away from Ajnala-Fatehgarh Churian Road as per the report of the SDM, Ajnala.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">12.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">No canal, lake and river falls near the site, but a drain passes from the backside of the site.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt 63.35pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.35pt; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">13.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">A residential house is located approx. 40 meters away from the poultry farm on the other side of drain. Further, 03 no. houses are located 100 meters away from the poultry farm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">It is further intimated that the industry is complying with the provisions of under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 and the guidelines framed for the poultry farms issued by the Board vide letter no. 3466 dated 24/02/2022 for the broiler farms. The industry falls in Green category in small-scale sector.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: red; background: white;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">In view of the above, if approved, the consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry under Green Category up to 31/12/2028 with usual terms and conditions and special conditions that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; padding-left: 40px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">1)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm shall comply with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 issued from time to time.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; padding-left: 40px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">4)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The poultry farm has to comply with the Environmental Guidelines with regard to minimization of odour / gaseous pollution, Dust Control, Management of Solid Waste, Manure handling and disposal, dead bird disposal, waste water disposal and other issues relating to control of files, control of rodents etc.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; padding-left: 40px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">5)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background: white;">The Board reserves the right to revoke the consent to operate any time without assigning any reason, if there are complaints of nuisance and pollution against the poultry.</span></p>
