<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">It is submitted that the unit has applied for obtaining Consent to Operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, under Green Category through OCMMS with required documents for operating of Hotel @ 20 Nos/day.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The unit has deposited Rs. 54,000/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N362231021171992 dated 28/12/2023 as consent fee under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 54,000/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N362231021172763 dated 28/12/2023 as consent fee under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate up to 31/12/2028. The unit has also deposited Rs. 10,800/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N362231021170682 dated 28/12/2023 as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 500/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N362231021171881 dated 28/12/2023 as an application form fee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">The unit has submitted registered deed, latest CA Certificate, proof of date of commissioning, site plan/location plan, udyam registration certificate, approved building plan from MC, Amritsar etc.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">As per the categorization of CPCB, the industry falls under list of green category industries, “Hotels (up to 20 rooms and without boilers) and having waste water generation <10 KLD and no hazardous waste generation” at serial no. 3052.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">It is pertinent to mention here that earlier the Board has issued order vide no. CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries. Now in continuation to above orders Board has issued fresh orders vide no. 329 dated 14/9/2023 regarding to Auto generation of renewal of consent to establish / operate / Authorization of any category of Small-Scale industries / projects / Health Care Facilities (up to 50 beds) and Hazardous Waste generating industries.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is further submitted that the unit falls in Green category in Small Scale sector and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: red; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">In view of the above, may if approved, the consent to operate under the provisions of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the unit under Green Category up to <strong><em>31/12/2028</em></strong> with usual terms and conditions along with following special conditions:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">1. The unit will comply with the conditions of consents granted to it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">2. The unit at any stage will not generate any emission and trade effluent from its premises.</span></p> |
