<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 21.3pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The industry shall deposit <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Environmental Compensation amounting to Rs. 1,98,800/- due to the violation made under the provisions of Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016 as earlier imposed during hearing before Chairman of the Board on 7.12.2023, immediately. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 21.3pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The present application for consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 applied by the industry be returned being non represtnatives and as requested by the industry. </span></p>
