During the hearing Competent Authority of the Board was decided as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The consent shall be considered only after compliance of decision at Sr. no. 1, above.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .25in;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In compliance of the above said decision now the industry has submitted an undertaking that we shall achieve inlet standards for CETP 15 MLD and we are also evaluating for the ZLD (copy enclosed).</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .25in;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>In view of above it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water Act 1974 may be granted to the industry for the period of one year with usual conditions and special condition that it shall made necessary measures to achieve inlet design parameters of CETP.</span></p> |
