<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->· The consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 are valid upto 30.09.2025.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->· Now application applied for NOC expansion with the proposal to manufacture steamed rice @ 5 TPH with dryer in addition to the existing production. The machinery proposed with the steamed plant is 2 no. dryers, 06 no. handies of capacity 5.5 ton, 12 no. handies of size 24 inch and one no. paddy pre-cleaner.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->· The industry has submitted certificate issued by MC, Faridkot vide no. 579 dated 09.01.2024, wherein it has been mentioned that the khasran no. of the industry are located outside the limits of the MC, Faridkot.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->· The visiting officer has reported that the industry was visited on 03.01.2024 and was found not in operation. ETP installed, which was under stabilization, plantation developed in 02 kanals land area. No new boiler proposed to be installed and the steam of the existing boiler of capacity 8 TPH will be utilized in the proposed steamed plant. Separate cyclone installed as APCD with the shelling section & with the paddy pre-cleaner of the dryer section. The industry has proposed expansion within the existing unit and the site of the unit is located outside the limit of MC, Faridkot. No violation reported under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->In view of above, if approved, NOC for expansion may be granted to the industry for production of rice bran oil @ 20 TPD, De-oiled rice bran @ 80 TPD, Raw rice/steamed rice @ 5 TPH with dryer & sorted rice @ 5 TPH, subject to the following special conditions that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->The industry will not operate parboiling section for production of saila rice and will not provide water supply pipe line with the handies without prior permission of the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->The industry will operate its ETP regularly and scientifically and shall maintain proper record of the effluent generated / treated.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3. The industry shall dispose of fuel ash generated from the operation of boiler and dryer furnace in an environmentally sound manner and shall also maintain the record, in this regard.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4. The industry will not undergo any expansion w.r.t. the production capacity/land area without prior written permission of the Board.</p>
