<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, it is submitted that the personal hearing of the industry held on 23.01.2024 and the proceedings of the same will get approved from the Competent Authority of the Board within atleast within one week. Therefore, to avoid online pendency and deemed approval. It is again that the present application may be returned and the HCF may be requested to re-submit its application after compliance of the decisions of the personal hearing to be taken by the Authority.</p>
