The domestic effluent @ 1.2 KLD will be discharged onto land for plantation. </span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; tab-stops: 475.05pt; margin: 0in 9.45pt .0001pt 5.85pt;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">The industry has deposited NOC fee of Rs. 2700/- (Rs. 2900/- NOC fee + Rs. 500/- application fee) deposited vide UTR. No. 15705800 dated 22/11/2023 against the projected cost of Rs. 50.00 Lacs, which is adequate for one year.<span style="color: red;"> </span></span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; tab-stops: 475.05pt; margin: 0in 9.45pt .0001pt 5.85pt;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">The industry has submitted the area classification from DTP, Barnala vide letter no. 426 DTP(Barnala)/SS-130 dated 22/06/2023(copy enclosed in the list of documents submitted by the industry), in which it is stated that site of industry falls in revenue estate of VPO Sehjra, Barnala Raikot Road, District Barnala, having Khasra no. 4305/1947(6-5), 4307/1948/2(5-19) total measuring 6 Kanal 2 marle. It is stated in the certificate that site does not falls in any MC limit and not falls in any notified local planning area or master plan area. It is also stated that this activity is allowed with the condition that the industry will be bound to comply with the provisions of Section 79 of Punjab Regional &amp; Town Planning and Development Act, 1995, if the site will come in non-confirming zone while preparing the master plan.</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; tab-stops: 475.05pt; margin: 0in 9.45pt .0001pt 5.85pt;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">The industry has also submitted the distance certificate from various locations issued by the Tehsildar, Mehal Kalan vide no. 1513/F.K. dated 06.10.2023 (copy enclosed in the list of documents) in which it is stated that the site is located 100 mtr outside of MC limit, lal lakir and phirni of the village and there is no residential zone within the 100 meter of the proposed site.</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; tab-stops: 475.05pt; margin: 0in 9.45pt .0001pt 5.85pt;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">The industry has submitted rent deed executed on 22.04.2023 which is valid for 15 years i.e. upto 21.04.2038.</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; tab-stops: 475.05pt; margin: 0in 9.45pt .0001pt 5.85pt;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">The industry has submitted project report, copy of GST, Manufacturing process and site plan.</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; tab-stops: 475.05pt; margin: 0in 9.45pt .0001pt 5.85pt;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">The site of the project was also visited by the officer of this office on 12/01/2024 and observed as under:</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 9.45pt .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Shruti; mso-font-width: 115%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">The site of the unit is located at revenue estate of VPO Sehjra, Barnala Raikot Road, District Barnala. There is only one dhabba near to the proposed site. As such, the site is suitable for the above said establishment of the unit.</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 9.45pt .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Shruti; mso-font-width: 115%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">As per the project proposal, there will no generation of any trade effluent and there will be no source of air emission. </span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 9.45pt .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Shruti; mso-font-width: 115%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">The industry has proposed to discharge its domestic effluent onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank.</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; tab-stops: 475.05pt; margin: 0in 9.45pt .0001pt 5.85pt;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">In view of the above, it is recommended that NOC/Establish be granted to the industry for one year for manufacturing of Interlock Tiles, Bricks and Concrete products @ 12 Metric Tonnes/Day by using Washing Sand, Cement, Stone Dust, Fly Ash, Pond Ash and Bajri @ 12 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material with usual conditions and special condition that the industry will be bound to comply with the conditions imposed by the DTP vide its letter no. 428 DTP(Barnala)/SS-130 dated 22/06/2023.</span></p> <p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; tab-stops: 475.05pt; margin: 0in 9.45pt .0001pt 5.85pt;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-font-width: 115%;">Competency Environmental Engineer</span></strong></p>
