<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif;">It is submitted that the industry is a small scale green category unit and has applied for obtaining NOC/consent to establish from the Board for manufacturing of Agricultural combine spare parts 180 MT/Year by using MS steel 200 MT/Year involving the process of cutting, bending etc. of MS sheet without generating any trade effluent or source of air emission under the name & style of M/s Shiv Agro Industry, Pharwahi-Rajgarh Road, Village Rajgarh, Distt. Barnala.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif;">The industry has deposited NOC fee of Rs. 4700/- (Rs. 4200/- NOC fee + Rs. 500/- application fee) vide no. SBIN423284787605 dated 11.10.2023 against the proposed value of fixed assets of Rs. 88.08 lacs, which is adequate.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif;">The industry has submitted partnership deed which is executed on 01.06.2020 between Sh. Sanjeev Kumar s/o Sh. Dharm Paul Jindal (90%) and Sh. Surinder Kumar s/o Sh. Rameshwar Dass (10%).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif;">The industry has submitted Tehsildar report vide no. Nil dated 03.01.2024 stating that there is no any lal lakir/phirni of village, 15 pucca houses and MC limit in the radius of 100 mtr from the site of the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif;">The industry has submitted classification of land use obtained from Office of District Town Planner, Barnala vide no. 76/DTP(Barnala)/SS-130 dated 09.02.2023 (copy attached), according to which the site falls at the revenue estate of Pharwahi-Rajgarh Road, Village Rajgarh, Distt. Barnala bearing khasra no. 334/Min(1-18) measuring total land 1 Bigha 18 Bishwe. The site does not falls in any Municipal Council limit. The site falls in the Local Planning Area, Dhanaual-Longowal and the master plan of the same is yet to be prepare. The site might be falls in the agricultural land while preparing the master plan.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif;">To verify the facts, the site of the industry was visited by the officer of this office on 09/01/2024 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

Barnala. The site falls outside MC limits.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Shruti;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif;">There is no educational institute and religious place within 500 mtr of the proposed site. There is only 3 houses within 100 mtr of this site. As such, the site is suitable for the above said establishment of the unit as per the certificate given by the DTP and Revenue department.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Shruti;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif;">The construction work of the unit yet not started at site and no machinery yet received at site.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Shruti;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif;">The industry has proposed to manufacture Agricultural combine spare parts by using MS steel without any source of trade effluent or any air emission.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -27.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Shruti;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif;">The industry will not generate any trade effluent. However, the domestic effluent @ 0.5 KLD will be discharged onto land for planation after passing through septic tank.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif;">Keeping in view, it is recommended that the industry may be granted NOC/consent to establish for one year with suitable conditions as per the policy of Board and special condition that the industry will be bound to comply with the conditions imposed by the DTP vide its letter no. 76/DTP(Barnala)/SS-130 dated 09.02.2023.</span></p>
