<p class="MsoBodyText" style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px; margin-right: 32.85pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 40.75pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt;">It is recommended that c</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt;">onsent to operate under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry<span style="letter-spacing: 2.7pt;"> </span>upto 30.06.2027 with suitable conditions and with special condition that the industry shall comply with Govt notification dated 04.10.2023 true letter and spirit in future. </span></p> |
